Individual Therapy or Coaching
Endūre offers individual and group sessions addressing a variety of topics including but not limited to: building mental fitness skills that allow athletes to pursue peak performance, challenges such as anxiety & stress, frustrations related to performance, establishing healthy team culture, and general mental health & wellness. With a deep understanding of the demands at every level, endūre supports adolescent and adult athletes at all stages of their journey, helping them build the resilience and mindset needed to thrive both in competition and in life. Therapy is available in the state of Virginia, coaching strategies are utilized to provide support to participants outside of Virginia.
Endūre staff offer custom presentations for teams, coaches, and parents, providing valuable insights and practical knowledge to establish, support, and/or sustain a culture that prioritizes mental well-being and strives for peak performance.
Presentations
Endūre understands the pressure and stress that athletes and family's experience related to the process of pursuing athletics at the college level. Our services provide targeted emotional support for elite athletes and their families, helping to reduce stress and enhance the overall recruitment experience. It can be fun!
College Recruitment
Athletes who are hurt or healing
At various stages of an athlete’s career, it is common for many of them to encounter an injury. Many injuries can be managed with little disturbance to their sport participation, however many cannot, and it leads to more than just physical recovery. Successful recovery requires not only physical rehabilitation but also the development of a strong mental strategy to deal with setbacks, doubts and the oftentimes difficult journey back to fitness. Emotions play a significant role in the healing process, influencing high and low levels of hope, frustration and determination. Endūre staff are prepared to walk with athletes through this process and help them develop the skills needed to navigate all of the emotions that can come with being sidelined due to an injury as well as the challenges related to their return to competition.
Support for Coaches
Endūre staff are proud to offer support to coaches at all competitive levels. Coaches who operate in high-performance environments are exposed to performance, organizational, and personal stressors that have the potential to negatively impact mental health and well-being. Coaches are required to perform in rapidly evolving roles that consist of multiple performance and non-performance related demands all of which can lead to high levels of stress and risk for burnout. Endūre staff believe that coaches deserve to have access to the same resources that are available to their athletes and that healthy coaches create and lead healthy teams.
Transitions
Endūre offers workshops and resources for athletes who are experiencing a transition in their level of play. Endūre provides the necessary support to better prepare athletes for these big transitions.
